Overview
Cultivate People Co. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at cultivate-people-co.vercel.app and related HR tools. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We don't sell your data. We never will.
Information We Collect
Contact form submissions
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, business name, and the message you provide. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Account information
If you create an account, we collect your email address, name, business name, state, and employee count. This is used to provide access to the tool platform and personalize your experience.
Tool usage
When you use our AI-powered HR tools, the information you enter (job descriptions, business details, employment situations) is sent to our AI provider to generate your results. We do not store tool inputs unless you explicitly choose to save output to a client record.
Client records (internal users only)
Internal users may save tool outputs, client information, and notes to client records. This data is stored in our database and is accessible only to authorized internal users and, for shared documents, via the client portal.
How We Use Your Information

- To provide access to the HR tool platform
- To generate AI-powered HR documents and analyses
- To store and retrieve saved client records (when explicitly saved)
- To send access codes for the client portal (when requested)
- To improve the platform based on usage patterns
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate this platform. Each has its own privacy policy.
Supabase
Database and authentication. Your account data and saved records are stored in Supabase's cloud database infrastructure (AWS us-east-1).
Anthropic (Claude AI)
Powers our AI-generated HR tools. Tool inputs are sent to Anthropic's API to generate results. Anthropic's data usage policies apply. We do not send personally identifiable information beyond what you enter in each tool.
Resend
Email delivery. Used to send contact form notifications and client portal access codes. Email addresses used for delivery are not used for marketing.
Tavily
Web search for jurisdiction-aware tools. Queries are sent to Tavily to retrieve current employment law information. No personal data is included in search queries.
Vercel
Website hosting and deployment. Standard server logs (IP addresses, request paths, timestamps) may be retained by Vercel per their data practices.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in email for as long as the business relationship is active. Account data is retained while your account is active. Saved client records are retained until deleted by an authorized internal user. Portal access codes expire after 15 minutes and are deleted immediately upon use.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly. We will respond within 30 days.
No Sale of Data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
